The end of week 5 and time to consult the scales and tape measure.
Weight: -0.3 kg (Total loss 2.6 kg or 5 lbs 11 ounces)
Waist: – 2.0 cms (Total loss 7.5cm or 3 inches)
A little disappointed in the weigh loss, lets see how it goes in week six.

Feeling a fair bit better this morning … not 100%, more like 90%.
My 300 Test progress this week is better thanever – surprisingly

Nutrition under control, no issues there… if anything trying to eat to make sure I don’t go too low with Calories and appetite is still gone.

Cardio again today … really pushed it 3.47 kms – beaten (by 10m) .. I had a nothing left at the end, and wasn’t sure it was a good idea to train.

Keeping nutrition under control…. Blaze profile is not presenting any major challenges.
Dropped a bit of pace on the 4th Quarter Cardio.. felt a little flat. Still a decent pace, and sweat a bucket.
